An unexpected industrial Sans Serif, built for those who build.
Collaboration with Base Design Geneva (former GVA Studio).

A typeface for Swiss architects could raise some expectations in terms of style. One would probably think about geometry, rationality, seriousness… and boredom. That exactly why we chose to work on an early grotesque style of Sans, with delightful oddities, condensed proportions and pragmatic strong contrast when it’s necessary: when two strokes meets, the connexion is heavily pinched. This feature is enhanced in bolder weights. Alongside colourful compositions, it gave the Bund Schweizer Architekten a warmer yet precise and reliable communication tool.

Accentuation adapted to both layout and language use.
